Buoyed by the encouraging response to the bookings of flats for the first phase of its Rs 230-crore Cosmopolis project in the city, Noida-based Assotech Limited plans to offer bigger size apartments with more amenities in the second phase of the project.
The Phase-II of the Cosmopolis project termed Cosmopolis Plus would consist of around 300 dwelling units in three towers. While 50-60 units would be 4-BR (bed room) flats, the remaining would be 3 BR and 3 BR plus study room apartments.
The area of these apartments would range from 1225 to 2050 sq ft with a price tag of Rs 2,500 per sq ft.
“Following the overwhelming response to our apartments in the first phase, we have started the bookings for the second phase of the project called Cosmopolis Plus on July 12 this year. We will deliver the flats under Cosmopolis Plus within 26-28 months of the date of booking”, said a company spokesperson.
In the Phase-I of the Cosmopolis project, the company opened the bookings for 300 apartments last month out of which 280 apartments have already been booked, he claimed.
The second phase of the Cosmopolis project would offer apartments with upscale amenities like designer wardrobes, modular kitchen with chimney and hob, designer lights and fittings as well as bathrooms with shower panels and glass partitions.
The Cosmopolis project is being implemented by Assotech BEBL Infrastructure Limited, a 50:50 joint venture between Noida-based Assotech Limited and the city-based B Engineers and Builders Limited (BEBL).
The compnay has already tied up with ten banks for financing the project which include State Bank of India (SBI), IDBI Bank, ICICI Bank, Union Bank of India, HDFC Bank and Axis Bank to name a few.
