Enthused by the encouraging response to its bookings for two and three bed room (BR) apartments of its Cosmpolis project, Noida-based Assotech Limited plans to launch 4BR flats and service apartments in November this year.
The Cosmoplis project which is being taken up at an investment of Rs 230 crore Assotech BEBL Infrastructure Limited, a 50;50 joint venture between Assotech Limited and the city-based BEBL Infrastructure Limited would offer 160 service apartments and 55 four BR flats.
“The service apartments are mainly designed for the IT executives who have to stay for a short duration in the city. These apartments will be fully furnished with a built-up area of 650 sq ft”, said Punyabrata Mohanty, senior manager (corporate communications) of Assotech BEBL Infrastructure Limited.
These 4-BR apartments would have a total built-up space of 2,400 sq ft and are set to be prices at Rs 2900-3000 per sq ft.
Apart from offering greater space, these apartments will offer additional lifestyle features to the occupants.
Menawhile, Assotech BEBL Infrastructure Limited performed the bhumi pujan for the Cosmopolis project on Monday at Dumduma on the National Highway-5, close to the archaeological sites of Khandagiri and Udaygiri.

The bhumi pujan was performed by SK Parida, general manager (corporate) of the company in the presence of Sanjeev Shrivastava, managing director of Assotech BEBL Infrastructure Limited and other company directors.
The company is trying to seek two more acres of contiguous land at the project site to build two additional towers. As per the original plan, the Cosmopolis project was to consist of nine towers in all. The entire project to be developed in three phases would consist of 666 flats. While the Phase-I as well as Phase-II of the project is scheduled for completion by December 2011, the entire project is expected to be commissioned by the end of 2012.
