UP–based ATS group has announced the launch of ATS Golf Meadows, a premium development, complete with commercial and recreational facilities, at Dera Bassi in Punjab.
The proposed 300 acres premium development would be a mix of residential, retail and commercial activities with an educational centre, hospital and a hotel.
In the first phase of the development, the company has offered 200 apartments, with similar numbers likely to come up in the next few months.
In the first phase of the development, ATS Golf Meadows Prelude would be a residential complex spread over 14 acres of lush open green spaces. It would consist of 13 towers of three and four bedroom apartments nestled amidst beautifully landscaped gardens.
ATS Group Managing Director Getamber Anand maintained while talks were going on to rope in a player for the hospital , Sarovar Group would be coming up with a luxury hotel in the property while ‘Learn Today’ a division of India Today group would start the school.
The project with an investment of Rs 1,500 crore-Rs 2,000 crore would generate revenue close to Rs 2,500 crore-Rs 2,700 crore once operational. The entire project is expected to be completed by 2015.
The company is also offering independent villas, group housing and independent floors.
Two-storey villas in sizes of 350 sq yard and 500 sq yard, three and four bedroom flats of 1,800 sq feet, 2,200 sq feet and 2,800 sq feet and independent floors of 3,000 sq feet and 4,000 sq feet would be offered.
