| IT firm aurionPro Solutions has signed an MoU to acquire SPS Corporation, USA. According to an official release issued to the BSE today, as per the terms of this MoU, the acquisition would be funded through a mix of cash and stock. SPS Corporation is a profit-making IT company with a team of 93 people and a revenue of $ 92 million for the 12 months ended March 2006, the release said. |
