Avenue Venture fund invests in Bangalore project

Avenue Venture Real Estate Fund has invested Rs 55 crore in Bangalore residential project of Pune based Rohan Builders.
 
Avenue has not disclosed the stake bought by it in the project. 
 
Jones Lang LaSalle was transaction advisor for the deal.
 
The project has seven lakh square feet of saleable area and is located in Boganahalli, one of the fast-developing corridors of Bangalore city.
