Private sector lender Axis Bank today launched mobile payment solution for debit cards--'Axis Call and Pay on atom'.
The solution offers the convenience of making payments anywhere, anytime over the mobile phone without any dependency, the company said in a statement.
The technology for the Axis Call and Pay Service has been developed by atom technologies, a digital, retail initiative of the Financial Technologies Group.
To avail this facility, Axis Bank customers first need to link their mobile number to their debit card which can be done from an Axis Bank ATM, the statement said.
