Axis Bank today said it has opened its 2,000th branch at Ahmedgarh in rural Punjab.
"With the opening of our 2,000th branch we have achieved yet another milestone. This reinforces our commitment towards our retail customers. While our 24 hour Speed Banking ATMs and Internet Banking allow customers to transact at their convenience round-the-clock, we strongly believe that the excellent service extended by the branch staff is the foundation of our strong customer relationships," Shikha Sharma, managing director and CEO of Axis Bank, said.
