Axis IT&T to raise Rs 50cr via rights issue

Axis IT&T has decided to raise upto Rs 50 crore via rights issue.

The company, in a Board meeting decided to raise the capital. The Board has also constituted a Committee and delegated the necessary powers to the Committee to decide about the size, timing, basis of offer, premium and other modalities of the proposed rights issue.
