Aztecsoft Q4 net down 53%

Aztecsoft, a Bangalore-based mid-tier software services firm, has reported a 53% decline in net profit to Rs 3.15 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2008. Topline for the quarter moved up 10% to Rs 68.7 crore.

The company is yet to regain from the loss of a major client Dendrite, which set up its own captive centre in India.

K B Chandrasekhar, chairman, Aztecsoft, said they have been able to add strategic clients with good revenue potential.

Aztecsoft's net profit for the full-year (2007-08) dropped more than 54% to Rs 17.3 crore and topline declined 3.5% to Rs 253 crore.
