Bajaj Electricals to consider bonus issue

A meeting of the board of directors of Bajaj Electricals will be held on May 29, 2007, inter alia, to consider the issue of bonus shares and a proposal for employee stock options.

According to a release issued by the company to the BSE today, the board will also consider: Accounts for the year ended on March 31, 2007; Recommendation of dividend, if any; Audited financial results for the fourth quarter and the year ended March 31, 2007.
