The company which is the majority shareholder in life and non-life insurance ventures with Allianz said its total income rose 28.11 per cent to Rs 27.21 crore during April-June this year, compared to Rs 21.24 crore in the corresponding period last year.
In addition to holding 74 per cent each in the insurance ventures, it also holds a 50 per cent stake in Bajaj Allianz Financial Distributors, a 40.53 per cent stake in Bajaj Auto Finance and holds all the shares of Bajaj Financial Solutions.
