| Bajaj Auto said sales moved up 16% in October to 2,79,578 units from 2,41,808 units sold in October 2005. The country's second-biggest motorcycle maker registered a 22% growth in motorcycle sales, which touched 2,51,022 units as against 2,05,012 units in October last year. Exports grew 77% to 40,148 from 22,713 units in the corresponding period last year. Sales of all total two-wheelers increasd 14% to 2,51,071 units from 2,19,927 units a year earlier. The company |
