Bajaj Oct bike sales up 43%

Bajaj Auto today reported a 43% increase in motorcycle sales in October at 2,05,012 units as against 1,43,491 units in October 2004.

Total two-wheeler sales, including scooters, increased 40% in October to 2,19,927 units as against 1,57,631 units in October 2004.

According to an official release issued today, bike sales during the first seven months of the fiscal increased 42% to 10,73,112 units as against 7,55,706 units in the same period last fiscal.
