Bajaj Tempo, MAN plan JV for trucks

Bajaj Tempo and MAN Commercial Vehicles Group have signed a letter of intent to float a joint venture (JV) for manufacturing heavy trucks.

According to  a release issued by Bajaj Tempo to the BSE today,  Anton Weinmann, chairman of the board of MAN Nutzfahrzeuge Group and Abhay Firodia, CMD of Bajaj Tempo, signed the letter of intent today.
