Bajaj Tempo to be named "Force Motors"

Bajaj Tempo, in its extra ordinary general meeting of the members of the company to be held on April 05, 2005, is to change the name of the company from "Bajaj Tempo Ltd" to "Force Motors Ltd" and consequential amendment in memorandum and articles of association of the company.

According to a release issued to the BSE, the re-christening of the company name would be subject to board authorisation and central government approval.
