Balmer Lawrie Q1 net rises 41% to Rs 45 cr

Public sector company Balmer Lawrie & Co today said its net profit rose to Rs 44.91 crore for the first quarter ending June 30, a rise of 41% over the corresponding period last year.

The total income during the quarter rose to Rs 607 crore, higher by 17% during over the same period last year.

A company release said industrial packaging and logistics registered helped the company to post better results.
