Bank of Maharashtra raises base rate by 50 bps

Bank of Maharashtra has increased its base rate by 50 basis points from 9 per cent to 9.5 per cent with effect from 10 January. The bank informed Bombay Stock Exchange in a statement today.

On the BSE, the shares of Bank of Maharashtra were trading weak at Rs 61.20, down 0.97 per cent at IST 1244.
