Barista Sale To Tata Coffee Challenged

N S Hoon, who claims to be the promoter of Turner Morrison & Co (TMC) through the holding company, Hungerford Investment Trust (HIT), has alleged that the proposed sale of shares of Barista Coffee Company to Tata Coffee is illegal.
