Hyderabad-based Bartronics India Limited, one of the leading AIDC (automatic identification and data capture) technology company, has posted Rs 159.38 crore net loss for the second quarter ended September 30, 2012.
The company had posted Rs 51.25 crore net profit during the same quarter last year.
Income from operations declined 83.15% to Rs 18.93 crore in the quarter as against Rs 112.35 crore during the corresponding quarter last year.
Total expenditure for the quarter stood at Rs 67.54 crore for the quarter compared to Rs 93.55 crore in the same quarter last year.
Bartronics India's share is currently trading at Rs 22.90 on Bombay Stock Exchange, down 5.18% over the previous close of Rs 24.15.
