Bartronics India, a provider of automatic identification and data capture technologies, reported a net profit of Rs 34.94 crore for the quarter ended December 2010, as against Rs 21.80 crore in the same period last year, up 60.27 per cent. Net sales dipped 17.61 per cent to Rs 196.72 crore, as against Rs 238.77 crore. “The key highlight was the margin resilience, which has shown a smart recovery. Our visibility and our increased acceptance as a partner of choice in the financial inclusion space was demonstrated with the company winning 5 more such projects, taking the total to 14,” a release said.
