Bata India files rights papers with Sebi

Bata India today filed the offer document with Sebi for its proposed rights issue in the ratio of 1:4.

The issue would be priced at a premium of Rs 35-44, company officials said today.

Proceeds of the rights issue would be utilised for upgradation and modernisation of the company's outlets and operations in the country.
