Bhagyanagar, IL&FS form infra, ent SPV

Bhagyanagar India and with IL&FS Infrastructure Development Corporation have formed a special purpose vehicle (SPV), viz. Bhagyanagar Entertainment Infra & Development for undertaking various infrastructure and entertainment projects.

According to an official release issued by Bhagyanagar India to the BSE today, the SPV will conceptualise infrastructure projects such as theme parks, special economic zones and industrial parks on a large scale basis.

Bhagyanagar Entertainment and Infra Development Company will be chaired by G M Surana, chairman of Bhagyanagar India. Rachana Gupta, nominee of IL&FS Infrastructure Development Corpn will be appointed CEO of the SPV, the release said.
