Bhagyanagar Wood Plast to sell Medak unit

Bhagyanagar Wood Plast Limited, a city-based manufacturer of PVC pipes, is planning to either sell, lease or dispose of the assets of its unit at Nandikandi village in Medak district of Andhra Pradesh. A resolution to this effect was passed by the board of directors of the company at its meeting held on August 25, 2009, the company said.
