Bharat Forge, the Rs 2,500 crore Kalyani group flagship, is planning to set up a manufacturing unit overseas.
The automotive components maker is yet to finalise the location for its overseas facility, following which it would decide whether to go for it through an acquisition or by setting up greenfield project, group chairman Baba Kalyani said.
