Net profit of forgings major Bharat Forge fell by 94.81 per cent to Rs 4.1 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2008 as compared to Rs 79.1 crore for the corresponding quarter in the previous year.
However, consolidated total income has increased by 28.23 per cent from Rs 1,060.3 crore for the previous year quarter to Rs 1,359.7 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2008.
