The Board for Industrial and Financial Reconstruction ruling in the case of INCAB has gone in favour of Tata Steel, a company release said.
The revival of INCAB was taken up by two bidders.
During the ongoing proceedings before the Delhi High Court, the workers of INCAB filed an application and an individual affidavit pleading that Tata Steel should be directed to submit a revival scheme for the sick company.
The request of workers was allowed and Tata Steel was directed by Delhi High Court to submit a proposal for revival of the sick company.
