Binani Inds to sell 15% stake in Binani Cement

Binani Industries is planning to divest 15% equity stake in Binani Cement (BCL).

According to a release issued by Binani Industries to the BSE today, both the companies have agreed to engage a merchant banker for making an offer for sale of the equity.
