Birla Cotsyn, a company of the Yashraj Birla Group, engaged in textile manufacturing, is coming up with an IPO of Rs 144.18 crore to fund an integrated textile unit estimated at a cost of Rs 320 crore at its facilities in Khamgaon, Ghaenaj and Malkapur.
