Drug firm Bliss GVS Pharma today said it has acquired majority stake in Kremoint Pharma Private Ltd.
"The company has acquired 70 per cent management stake in the Kremoint Pharma Private Limited," Bliss GVS Pharma said in a filing to BSE.
Financial details of the deal were not disclosed.
The acquisition will boost the company's strength in the manufacture and export of pharmaceuticals, it added.
Kremoint Pharma is in to manufacturing of pharmaceuticals and is a leading company in the manufacture and export of creams, ointments and gels, Bliss GVS Pharma said.
Bliss GVS Pharma manufactures both prescription drugs and over the counter products.
Shares of Bliss GVS Pharma today closed at Rs 22.15 per scrip on BSE, up 1.14 per cent from its previous close.
