Bodal Chem rights issue closes on April 25

The rights issue of Rs 10.40 crore of Ahmedabad-based Bodal Chemicals will close on April 25. Bodal had fixed 12 March 2008 as the record date for the purpose of issue of 1 equity share of Rs 10 each at a premium of Rs 10 per equity share along with one detachable warrant on rights basis for every 2 existing equity shares of Rs 10 each held (in the ratio of 1:2). Bodal had a turnover of Rs 255 crore in 2007 fiscal and Rs 400 crore for 2008.
