Bombay Dyeing FY06 net up 131% at Rs 61cr

Bombay Dyeing & Manufacturing has posted a net profit of Rs 61.34 crore for the year ended March 31, 2006 when compared with Rs 26.56 crore for FY05.

According to an official release issued to the BSE today, total income, however, has decreased to Rs 1034.14 crore for FY06 from Rs 1049.39 crore for FY05.

The company has posted a net loss of Rs 7.4 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2006 when compared with a net loss of Rs 3.44 crore for Q4FY05. Total income has decreased to Rs 218.85 crore for Q4FY06 from Rs 290.73 crore in Q4FY05, the release said.
