The Bombay High Court today adjourned the hearing in YES Bank – Madhu Kapur case to 12 August. Earlier the matter was scheduled to be heard today.
YES Bank had filed an affidavit after the last hearing on 22 July in the high court on 23 July, in reply to the Madhu Kapur’s amended petition.
The YES Bank affidavit cited the section 10A (6) of the Banking Regulations Act which says appointment, removal or reconstitution duly made under this section shall be final and shall not be called into question in any court, thereby saying the petition by Madhu Kapur is not maintainable.
