Bombay Rayon raises Rs 294cr via QIP

The board of Bombay Rayon Fashions at it meeting held today approved the allocation of 1,40,20,314 shares having face value of Rs 10 each at Rs 210 per equity share to qualified institutional buyers.

According to an official release issued today, the company has completed the issue of shares by way of qualified institutional placement (QIP) thereby raising approximately Rs 294 crore.
