BPO firm ExlService Holdings has appointed Bruce Polsky as the Head of Strategic Account Management in North America.
Previously, Polsky was a managing client partner in Cognizant Technology Solutions for three years.
Polsky will be responsible for setting up account management processes, forging partnerships with the delivery teams across both Outsourcing Services and Transformation Services.
