Corporates should leverage Customer relationhip Management initiatives to convert unprofitable customers into profit generating ones , speakers at the Business Standard Club inagural seminar on Customer Relationship Management said on Thursday.
 
Inagurating the seminar organised in association with MATS School of Business & IT, S C Basu chairman and managing director Bank of Maharashtra said, " CRM is not a gospel but a process. Adding a small rupture in the process can put the organisation several steps behind."
