BSEL-Unity JV to invest Rs 545cr in Nagpur

BSEL Infrastructure Realty in joint venture with Unity has won the bid for construction of 6 shopping malls in Nagpur at a cost of around Rs 545 crore.

According to an official release issued by the company to the BSE today, the bids were opened today and the JV was declared the highest bidder for all the 6 tenders floated by Nagpur Municipal Corporation for construction of 6 shopping malls.

The gross built-up area being developed is 27 lakh sq.ft with FSI of 16 lakh sq.ft, the release added.
