When IndiGo Airlines took wing in 2006, it redefined Indian aviation in many ways. In its decade of existence, the airline has proved that it is possible to make profits in the aviation business. IndiGo told Indians that there really was something called “on-time performance” and that flying can indeed be made a pleasurable experience.
