Butler India to increase headcount to 350

It currently has 200 employee and is aiming at 20% y-o-y growth

Hyderabad-headquartered Butler Technical Services Private Limited (Butler India), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Butler America Inc, is planning to increase its headcount to 350 from its current 200 employees in India over the next three years.

The company, which operates in IT, engineering and business process outsourcing (BPO) space, has plans to ramp up its operation in India over the next couple of years. And this is part of the company's aggressive expansion plans in the country. It will hire local talents, the company said in a release.

It has target to grow at 20% year-on-year (YoY) to achieve Rs 15 crore turnover over the next three years, from the current Rs 8.5 crore, the release added.
