CA products for Hughes

Hughes Software Systems has chosen Computer Associates Unicenter Network and Systems Management Solution (CA) to manage its entire network infrastructure.

A CA statement said Hughes chose CA's Unicenter solution for its ability to monitor performance and ensure the availability of network and server infrastructure at all times across its offices.

The statement said that the solution allowed HSS to plan out future capacity and load balancing for proper allocation of work amongst the servers. This was done through continuous monitoring of the key servers' statistics.
