Caparo is now Mytrah Energy

Caparo Energy Limited, a Hyderabad-based indepen-dent power producer, has re-christened itself as Mytrah Energy Limited, besides going in for a new brand identity. Mytrah means the Sun in Sanskrit. The company intends to own a portfolio of wind farms with a target total installed capacity of 5,000 Mw by 2017. It plans to acquire and develop them in conjunction with leading wind turbine manufa-cturers.
