Credit Analysis and Research (CARE Ratings) on Tuesday informed the exchanges that it had signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Japan Credit Rating Agency Ltd. (JCR). This MoU is to collaborate with each other as strategic business partners. CARE ratings said that they had agreed to cooperate with each other to maximise their support for the Indian and Japanese companies’ funding and other business activities.
At 2:30 pm, the stocks of Credit Analysis and Research was trading at Rs 1,378.6 a piece on the BSE, up 7.1 per cent compared to the previous close.
