Celestial Labs Ltd, the Hyderabad based developer of biopharmaceuticals and industrial enzymes today informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that it has acquired the contract research of Rational Laboratories located at Nacharam, Hyderabad and Sandiego, USA.
As a part of the agreement Celestial Lab will acquire laboratory space of around 48000 sq.feet which will substantially enhance the Celestial Labs pitch in contract research and drug discovery business.
