The clash between private cellular operators and Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd has intensified with the PSU claiming revenue share from mobile operators for short messaging services (SMS). The cellular operators, on their part, are are planning to get BSNL re-negotiate the terms for roaming services or else route all roaming traffic through Bharti or other private operator
