Century Plyboards (I) Limited has recorded a consolidated net profit of Rs 57.20 crore for the year ended March 31, 2010, an increase of 156 per cent over the same period last year. The turnover has increased 11.73 per cent to Rs 1,314.20 crore.
Earnings per share increased 156 per cent to Rs 6.58. The company has attributed the performance to an exceptional improvement in company’s all segments and gain from foreign exchange. The second freight station is expected to be operational soon.
