Century Plyboards India today said its consolidated net profit rose by 31.96 per cent to 31.50 crore for the quarter ended September 30, over the same period last year.
Income from operations rose to Rs 284.66 crore in the latest quarter, against Rs 267.03 crore in the same quarter previous fiscal, Plyboards India said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).
On the standalone basis, the company posted a net profit of Rs 21.74 crore in the latest quarter, an over two-fold rise from Rs 7.82 crore in the same period the corresponding fiscal.
Shares of Century Plyboards India were trading at Rs 46.85 on the BSE, up 0.32 per cent from its previous close.
