Engineers India, in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange, has said that D S Chakrabarti, Director (Finance) has ceased to be the Director of the company with effect from March 4, 2009 on account of his resignation accepted by the government.
The additional charge of the post of Director (Finance) has now been given to Chairman and Managing Director of Engineers India, on ad-hoc basis, for a period of three months or till a regular incumbent is appointed.
