The board of Chambal Fertiliser & Chemicals is likely to recommend dividend in its board meeting on 30 April. In a statement to BSE, the company said that its Board of Directors meeting will be held on April 30, 2013 to approve the audited financial results for the year ending March 31, 2013 and recommendation of dividend, if any, for the year ending March 31, 2013.
Shares of the company were trading firm at Rs 54.45, up 2.25 per cent or Rs 1.20 on BSE at IST 1450.
