After Harvard Business School, Indian executives now have Chicago Booth School of Business offering a classroom programme. Northwest Executive Education has partnered with University of Chicago Booth School of Business-Executive Education to launch a programme for senior executives in the Indian sub-continent.

Called the Chicago Booth Accelerated Development Program—India (Chicago Booth ADP - India), this will cost $25,000 and will have executives with an average of 16 years of experience. Apart from India, this programme will have participants from the Middle East and South Asia.

Mohit Jain, co-founder of Northwest Executive Education said that that the Indian executive education market has been growing at a healthy rate. “This programme will expose the executives’ best practices and enhance networks to improve skills that are current. It will be experience led rather than theory,” he added.

This programme is spread in three locations, New Delhi (at the UChicago Cente), Hong Kong and Singapore. It is a ten-month programme with 40-50 days of outlay including online/offline.

Harvard Business School had set up an India executive education classroom some years ago. This classroom, situated at the Taj Land’s End in Bandra offers several executive education programmes at regular intervals.

Chicago Booth ADP – India , apart from three academic in-class modules at University of Chicago and Booth campuses in New Delhi, Hong Kong, and Chicago, will have three workshop sessions, three online foundation programmes as well as several peer assisted learning exercises offered by their partner, Northwest Executive Education. The program will begin in December, 2016.

Renu Kulkarni, Associate Dean for Executive Education at Chicago Booth School of Business said that the ADP India program builds upon the years of learning from ADP London as well as Singapore and brings an exceptional academic program to executives in the region.

“The modular format ensures that the time away from work is well structured and exposes participants to our faculty who will teach in New Delhi, Hong Kong & Chicago, over the course of 10 months,” she added.

The programme aims to bring together a group of proven senior executives who are responsible for key organizational activities. Programme participants will become a part of the global ADP network on completion of the programme.
