The izmocar Customer Relationship Management Software (iCRM) owned by automotive e-retailing solutions provider Logix Microsystems has been certified by global automaker Chrysler Corporation.

This will enable the Bangalore-based company to sell the product to Chrysler’s 500 odd dealers in the United States.

iCRM is a Web-based, customer relationship management solution for the automotive industry which coers the CRM needs of an automotive dealership including pre-sales, sales, finance and insurance, service, and business analytics based marketing campaigns.

The iCRM product is already being used by more than 400 auto-dealers belonging to companies such as Mercedes-Benz, Nissan Motors and General Motors.

“We are excited about this certification by the Chrysler Corporation. The izmocars iCRM solution is the perfect complement to the Chrysler Dealer Network and will offer Chrysler dealers maximum flexibility in Internet lead delivery and management,” said Sanjay Soni, MD, Logix Microsystems.

Logix derives about 94 per cent of its revenue from automobile solutions including izmocar and carzoo.com. In the fiscal 2007-08, Logix reported a revenue of Rs 46.15 crore with a net profit of Rs 16 crore.
