Small and mid-cap research firm CNI Research today said it has entered into a pact with Gateway Strategic Advisors, making a foray into investment banking and financial corporate advisory services.
The company would now be able to provide, through its partners, investment banking services, unique financial solutions, overseas funds raising, mergers and acquisitions advisory and private equity investment, for and on behalf of small and medium enterprises, CNI Research said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange.
"The step is in line with CNI Research's vision to provide visibility for the small and medium enterprises companies in the global arena," CNI Research CMD Kishor P Ostwal said.
Gateway Strategic Advisors is a global advisory and investment management group.
